Microsoft is replacing my almost 1 year old controller due to the B Button not working anymore and controller is glitchy as well for free. I believe it’s 90 days for accessories but I bought a new Xbox one recently so it counts under that warranty.
Anyways my question is does Microsoft actually send you a new controller with the retail box and all that Jazz? I was told that by the representative on the phone but other users state it’s only the controller.
Also when shipping in the defective controller do you send the whole controller including the removable parts like dpad, thumb sticks? The representative said to ship everything in but again I’ve read differently.
Would greatly appreciate if anybody has had their elite controller replaced in the past help answer my questions.
